Today was the first Science Lab of the new school year.
We spent the week talking about how flowers are made...the stamen, the pistil, the sepal, the petals.
How insects flit from one to the other and pollinate.
Then, we got to disect a flower and see the parts up close and personal!
Jake had a great time ripping the flower into pieces and checking out all the parts!
