We are studying the Earth for Science.
All parts of it.
Last week we studied volcanos.
What causes them, what happens to the earth when the erupt, lava, and more.
So, we made a model of a volcano...
and set it off in the front yard.
Great fun!
Supplies Needed: Water bottle 1/3 full of vinegar (and food coloring, if desired), paper towel with 2T baking soda
Slowly place rolled up paper towel with baking soda into water bottle.
Watch the volcano erupt!
