Proud of Hubby!

Well, the update on that is that I have been in the water aerobics class on most Mondays and Fridays since we joined.

I have lost 2 pounds.

My husband has been doing a walking regimin 3 days a week. He has lost 8 pounds!!!!

I will be starting that same walking regimin 1 day a week...hopefully that will speed up the progress!
