Ok...let me just start by saying that I don't support Obama. Frankly, he frightens me a bit. I don't actually support any candidate, but that is another post all together (I will be voting against a candidate, not really for a candidate).
With that said, let me now say how proud I am of my country.
I am proud that we have finally wrapped our minds around the fact that a person of color can lead our nation.
I am proud that in 2008, we have finally realized that the color of a person's skin does not determine whether or not they can or will be a good president.
I am pleased that it is not 2 MWMs that are our candidates.
I think it is fantastic that we have finally broken the mold.
