Walk Down Memory Lane

This past weekend, my college roommate came to town. She moved to Michigan 11 years ago and I haven't seen her since. She is a teaching leader for BSF, so she came in for a week of training and got to stay until Sunday morning. She spent Monday thru Friday afternoon at the BSF encampement. I picked her up Friday afternoon and she stayed at the house until Sunday morning.

We had a great time. Friday night, we had dinner out with just college friends. A few of our closest group came to spend the evening with us.

Saturday, we had the friends and their families to our house for dinner.

There were a few foods that she said she missed from living up north...brisket, tex-mex, Longhorn (a local restaurant) hamburgers and breakfast tacos. Well, we got 3 of the 4 in for her!
