Let's Talk...

about Obama.

Honestly, he scares the crap out of me.

The other day, the local talk radio show I listen to brought up another point that is not being reported upon by the major news stations/reporters.

It seems as though Phil J. Berg has filed a lawsuit against Obama. (Berg vs. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083). The lawsuit basically states that Obama is not qualified to be President of the United States. Berg states that Obama is not a 'natural born' or a 'naturalized' citizen.

Now, this case has not been thrown out of court. The judge is still hearing this case. It must have some validity.

Obama and the Democratic National Party had 30 days to prove Obama's citizenship...and they didn't. It is stated that they posted Obama's birth certificate online...problem...it has been found that this document is a psd file. Yup, that's right, the same program I use to alter photos for work! SOMETHING is altered on this document.

This case, along with Obama's 'friends', his wanting to give a tax credit - even to those who haven't paid taxes (in the form of a check!), his wanting to take from the rich and give to the poor (I would call myself middle class and would probably be on the receiving end of this and still think it is ridiculous! I mean, if you want more money, get your butt out there and work for it!) makse me wonder how anyone could support him.

Honestly, I want to discuss this. If you are an Obama supporter, please dialogue with me. Tell me what you see that I don't. Remember, these are political talking points. These are not call me names and blow hot air. Simply state what you see in Obama's campaign that I don't. (I will, unfortunatly, delete any comments that do not follow these guidelines.)

On the other side, if you are Pro McCain/Palin, share those thoughts. Why are you supporting McCain? Do my Obama questions make sense? Do you have other points that I am not covering? Again, we are discussing, not name calling.

Please, educate me...

I have a spot on the national ticket as vice president with less than two years in the governor's office.

Did you know that prior to the 1800s, the candidates did not have running mates?

The President was decided with the most votes and the Vice-President was whomever came in 2nd (bet that was interesting...a Federalist President and a Republican Vice-President).

That is until 1801, when Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr tied!

The Electoral College had to cast the tie-breaking vote!

That's what I learned this week while homeschooling!

I have said it before, so far in this election, I am not voting FOR anyone, but instead, AGAINST the other.

Now, I will change that stance, I am voting... FOR PALIN!

I am so glad that McCain chose her!

I love that she is a 'soccer mom'. She is in touch with the 'average' person. She has a child with a disability and a child that is pregnant out of wedlock...things that everyday Americans have to deal with. She is the daughter of a teacher/coach and a secretary.

I think McCain made a great choice...

America would benefit from her being Madam Vice-President!

Politics Today!

This is a two-pointed post...hang with me.

First of all, I have to say, I do not trust Obama. I think he is 'in bed' with some very questionable people.

Now, just when I am hating everyone he is involved with, he chooses Biden as a running mate. Are you serious?? I think Joe Biden is fantastic! I am wondering how he and Obama go together.

Seems like oil and water.

Is Obama now trying to get in bed with the Conservatives? Why else would he choose Biden? To offset his own Liberalism?

I'm a bit confused!

Then, there is Pelosi again!

There are people outside her hotel chanting, 'Drill here! Drill now!'

Her response, 'Can I drill your brains? You are the handservants of the large oil companies!'

What?!?! Are you serious?????

Because Americans want to lessen our dependence on foreign oil, we are handservants of the large oil companies?

She is such an idiot!!!!!

We've Come A Long Way Baby!

Ok...let me just start by saying that I don't support Obama. Frankly, he frightens me a bit. I don't actually support any candidate, but that is another post all together (I will be voting against a candidate, not really for a candidate).

With that said, let me now say how proud I am of my country.

I am proud that we have finally wrapped our minds around the fact that a person of color can lead our nation.

I am proud that in 2008, we have finally realized that the color of a person's skin does not determine whether or not they can or will be a good president.

I am pleased that it is not 2 MWMs that are our candidates.

I think it is fantastic that we have finally broken the mold.

The man who I thought was my candidate ended up pretty low on the list of results.

Today's Headlines

I spend a lot of time listening to this radio station. It is basically how I get the latest news.

2 things got under my skin today...

1. On his show last week, Glenn Beck spoke, I feel, quite honestly about Laredo, Texas. He discussed how the federal government has not secured the border and that drugs were running quite freely across the border. His comments were basically directed towards the federal government and border patrol. Well, out comes the mayor of Laredo and demands a public apology from Glenn. What??? He wasn't saying anything about Laredo! So, Glenn calls the mayor and asks him what Glenn should be apologizing for...what he said about Laredo that shouldn't have been said...the mayor could not answer. IDIOT!

2. Let me preface number 2 by saying that I LOVE GEORGE W! So, if you want to exit my blog now, you won't hurt my feelings...by the same note, if you want to tell me about why I should be anto-Bush, save your time and move on! With that said, he vetoed the spending bill. He said he would. He said there was too much pork fat. He made no bones about it. Instead of fixing it before sending it to the president, they send it and then the idiot Democrats mouth-off about the president vetoing the bill! DUH!

I just think politicians are idiots!

Cut to the chase...I HATE GORE!

I hate that he wants to run our country!
I hate that he lectures America about our SUVs but continues to use a private jet!
I hate that he buys his 'carbon offsets' in a company (that is his) that is going to plant those trees anyway! This guy says it better than I.
I hate that he was all about the 'Live Earth' concerts, yet did he calculate the amount of electricity they sucked out of the universe?!

And now. I hate that he paid for Chilean Sea Bass to be served at his daughter's wedding! Have you heard Chilean Sea Bass are endangered?????

He has got to be the BIGGEST IDIOT that God put breath into!
